We'll work together asynchronously via Voxer + Loom via a one-day intensive and follow up Office Hours to create conversion-ready, audience-resonant messaging whether we're starting from scratch or doing a seasonal glow-up.

How the Messaging Clarity Lab works:

As soon as you join, you’ll get a link to book your Day of Voxer + Loom Intensive and a short intake form (about 5 min to fill out).

You can select your 10-hour window between 7am - 9pm PDT (June - August) or 8am - 10pm CET (Italy, September - May).

If you have existing messaging, you’ll be invited to share that with me so I can take a look before our Intensive.
On the day of your Intensive, we’ll have 10 hours to exchange voice messages, text messages, and Loom video. 

I'll diagnose exactly where your messaging needs to be updated, strengthened, clarified, or made more consistent across your existing online presence and we'll work together to refine it in alignment with your brand values and audience research.

By the end of the day you’ll know exactly what to say to whom, how to say it, and where to connect with your people so you don't have to spend hours of marketing time to get seen and make sales!

Within 24 hours I’ll deliver a Mini-Messaging Guide and a 3-Step Action Plan based on our conversations that will be your compass and roadmap as you integrate your new messaging into your current marketing strategy!

Voxer Office Hours are weekly open hours where you can send me text and voice messages exactly as we did in the intensive and I'll get back to you usually within the hour but often sooner. 


Voxer Hours are 11am-4pm PDT Tues - Thurs (June - August), and 2pm - 7pm CET (Italy) September - May. Exceptions can be made for time zone incompatibility.

How these apps work:

Voxer and Loom are both asynchronous communication tools that we use inside the Messaging Lab.

Voxer is a walkie-talkie app where you can listen in real time and send and receive both voice and text messages.


Loom is a screenshare recording app that I'll use to give you feedback on docs you send or your website or any visual messaging.


Both require you to create accounts and have free and paid levels, but the free level is 100% enough for our work inside the Messaging Lab.
